More projects out the door. More of your week back.
I lead NovaNexa Creations, a Dhaka-based production team for instructional designers. You give the brief. We return a built, tested, human-reviewed course, so you can spend your time on design, clients, and your own life.
You keep
- The instructional design
- The client relationship
- Your market rate
We take
- The build, in Storyline and more
- Video, PDF, and media production
- Accessibility, testing, and review
What a typical project looks like
My usual working pattern. Every project differs.
These are my own estimates from past projects, not a guarantee.
Storyline work is becoming AI-driven
AI can now produce much of a deliverable. But it only does so well with strong prompts, a clear structure, and a person who tunes, configures, and tests the result. That methodology is what I bring to designers, built around your vision and not around a tool.
Curious how it would work on your next project?
See the processWhat a long-term collaborator says
“I've had the pleasure of working with Jonayad Rahman for over five years on various web development, eLearning development, graphic design, and video editing projects. His ability to seamlessly integrate innovative design elements with content has significantly enhanced our projects. Jonayad's dedication, attention to detail, and collaborative spirit make him an invaluable asset to any team.”
Not an instructional designer?
I also build websites and systems for small businesses: online stores, appointment booking, and internal workflow tools.

You are the creative. I am the person who makes sure your idea arrives intact, using AI where it helps and human judgment where it matters.
- BriefYou explain what you need, often in about 30 minutes.
- StructureWe turn your storyboard into clear specs and prompts shaped to your standards.
- AI-assisted productionAI generates the first pass of files and assets.
- Human tuningMy team configures, corrects, and builds it properly in the tools below.
- Testing and reviewAccessibility, interaction, and content checks, then as many revision rounds as it takes.
- DeliveryPackaged and checked for your LMS, ready for your client.
What you get back
Time
Hours returned to you, so you can take other projects or time off instead of building late into the night.
Peace of mind
You know a dedicated team has your project, and a person has checked it before you see it.
Your margin
You charge your market rate. We agree our price with you per project, so the difference is yours.

What I will not do
Compete with you
I am not an instructional designer, and I do not take your clients. You hold the expertise and the relationship.
Send raw AI output
AI to AI is fine. AI to a human needs a human in between, every time.
I have worked on confidential enterprise projects, and I treat every client's work as confidential by default.
Sample projects
Most of my past production work is under NDA, so I do not show it here. These samples use fictional brands and show how I build, test, and deliver. Each one is labeled with its status.
Sample 1: Compliance microlearning
Articulate Storyline · Sample · in progress
A short module with branching scenarios and a knowledge check. Shows the build, SCORM export, and LMS testing.
Sample 2: Accessibility review
WCAG · Sample · in progress
A before-and-after of a course: keyboard navigation, screen-reader order, contrast, and captions.
Sample 3: AI-assisted production
Process · Sample · planned
One short lesson produced with AI-drafted content and assets, then tuned and tested by a person. The steps are documented.
Video and PDF
Camtasia, Premiere Pro, InDesign · Sample · planned
A short explainer video and a print-ready PDF guide for the same fictional course.
Samples are concept work for fictional brands, not client projects. AI helps draft content; I build, configure, test, and sign off.
Websites and systems for small businesses
Clinics, shops, and offices that need to get online and run better. I design, build, deploy, and maintain the whole thing myself, so you have one person to talk to.
What I build
- Business and clinic websites
- Online appointment booking
- Online stores with order management
- Visitor tracking and analytics
- Internal tools and document workflows
What you get
- A system shaped around how your business actually works
- Deployment, hosting, and ongoing maintenance
- Plain-language updates, with one person accountable
Systems I built
These come from real client work. Client names and content are kept private, so each system is shown as a demo with sample data.
